# Calendar View

> Visual scheduling interface for managing claims by date

## Overview

The Calendar view provides a visual interface for managing claims organized by service date. It's ideal for bulk claim entry and reviewing your billing schedule.

## Accessing the Calendar

Click **Calendar** in the sidebar navigation.

## Calendar Navigation

* Use the arrow buttons to navigate between months
* Click **Today** to return to the current date
* Switch between Month, Week, and Day views

## Viewing Claims

Claims appear on their service dates as colored blocks:

* Click on a date to see all claims for that day
* Click on a claim block to view/edit details
* Color coding indicates claim status

## Creating Claims from Calendar

### Single Claim

1. Click on a date
2. Click **Add Claim**
3. Fill in the claim details
4. The service date is pre-populated

### Bulk Entry

For multiple claims on the same date:

1. Click on the date
2. Select **Bulk Entry**
3. Configure shared settings:
   * Facility
   * Physician
   * Billing codes
   * Diagnostic codes
4. Add patients one by one or search from your roster
5. Submit all claims at once

## Calendar Features

### Smart Rounding

Enable **Smart Rounding** to automatically adjust billing code quantities based on time-based services.

### Quick Lookups

While in calendar mode, quickly look up:

* Physicians (by name or billing number)
* Facilities (by name)
* Billing codes (by code or description)
* Diagnostic codes (by code or description)

### Drag and Drop

Move claims between dates by dragging and dropping claim blocks (for draft claims only).

## Best Practices

<Tip>
  Use the Calendar view for:

  * Clinic days with multiple patients
  * Recurring appointments
  * Reviewing your billing schedule for gaps
  * Bulk submission of drafted claims

## Syncing with External Calendars

Currently, the IntelAGENT calendar is standalone. For integration with external calendar systems, export your data and import it manually.
