Accessing Settings
Web App
Click Settings in the sidebar navigation.
Mobile App
Tap the Settings tab (gear icon) in the bottom navigation.
Profile Sections
Your personal account details:

| Email | Account email (used for login) |
To update:
- Edit the fields
- Click Save
Personal Profile
Professional information for billing:

| Billing Number | Your OHIP billing number |
| Specialty | Medical specialty |
| License Number | Professional license (optional) |
MOH Group Settings
Ministry of Health group configuration:
- MOH Group Number - Your assigned group
- Specialty Code - OHIP specialty designation
- Payment Program - RMB, FFS, etc.
MOH Group settings affect how claims are processed. Ensure accuracy.
Facility Associations
Manage the facilities where you practice:
- Go to Settings > Facilities
- View associated facilities
- Add new facilities (if permitted by admin)
- Set default facility
Changing Your Email
To change your account email:
- Go to Settings > Basic Information
- Enter new email address
- Click Save
- Verify the new email via confirmation link
Your email is your login credential. Ensure you have access to the new email before changing.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings > Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click Save
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
Data Refresh
Refresh cached data from the server:
Refresh Static Data
Updates billing codes, diagnostic codes, and fee schedules.
Refresh Recent Data
Syncs recent claims and patient records.
Refresh Profile
Reloads your profile information from the server.
Help & Support
From Settings, access:
- Ask us a question - Opens Intercom chat
- Documentation - Links to this help center
- Terms of Service - Legal terms
- Privacy Policy - Data handling practices
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to bottom
- Click Delete Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Confirm deletion
What gets deleted:
- Your account and login
- Personal profile information
- Access to the platform
What is retained:
- Claim records (for legal/audit requirements)
- Financial records
