Accessing Subscription Settings
Navigate to Settings > Subscription (web) or Settings > Payment (mobile).Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Payment Information
- Click Edit on the existing card
- Update the details
- Save changes
Removing Payment Method
- Add a new payment method first
- Click Remove on the old card
- Confirm removal
Viewing Invoices
Access your billing history:- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Billing History or View Invoices
- See list of all invoices with:
- Invoice date
- Billing period
- Amount
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
Click on any invoice to:- View details
- Download PDF
- Print for records
Understanding Your Invoice
Each invoice includes:| Item | Description |

| Billing Period | The month covered |
| Claims Processed | Number of paid claims |
| Total Paid Amount | Sum of OHIP payments received |
| IntelAGENT Fee | Your plan percentage applied |
| Tax | Applicable taxes |
| Total Due | Amount charged |
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed automatically
- Charged to your default payment method
- Typically on the 1st of each month
- Email receipt sent upon successful payment
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:- You’ll receive an email notification
- Update your payment method
- Payment will retry automatically
- Contact support if issues persist
Service may be limited if payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts.
Cancelling Subscription
To cancel your subscription:- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data is retained for 90 days
- You can reactivate anytime
- No refunds for partial periods
Reactivating
To reactivate after cancellation:- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Reactivate
- Select a plan
- Enter payment information
