Accessing Subscription Settings

Navigate to Settings > Subscription (web) or Settings > Payment (mobile).

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

Open Payment Settings

Go to Settings > Payment Information

Add Card

Click Add Payment Method

Enter Details

Enter your credit card information:
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVC
  • Billing address

Save

Click Save to add the card

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Payment Information
  2. Click Edit on the existing card
  3. Update the details
  4. Save changes

Removing Payment Method

  1. Add a new payment method first
  2. Click Remove on the old card
  3. Confirm removal
You must have at least one valid payment method on file for paid plans.

Viewing Invoices

Access your billing history:
  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Billing History or View Invoices
  3. See list of all invoices with:
    • Invoice date
    • Billing period
    • Amount
    • Payment status

Downloading Invoices

Click on any invoice to:
  • View details
  • Download PDF
  • Print for records

Understanding Your Invoice

Each invoice includes:

Billing PeriodThe month covered
Claims ProcessedNumber of paid claims
Total Paid AmountSum of OHIP payments received
IntelAGENT FeeYour plan percentage applied
TaxApplicable taxes
Total DueAmount charged

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed automatically
  • Charged to your default payment method
  • Typically on the 1st of each month
  • Email receipt sent upon successful payment

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:
  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Payment will retry automatically
  4. Contact support if issues persist
Service may be limited if payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts.

Cancelling Subscription

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel:
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data is retained for 90 days
  • You can reactivate anytime
  • No refunds for partial periods

Reactivating

To reactivate after cancellation:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Select a plan
  5. Enter payment information
