Plan Comparison

Standard Plan

The Standard plan includes everything most practices need:

• Unlimited claim submissions
• Full web and mobile access
• Revenue analytics and reports
• Team access for up to 3 users
• Excel exports

Pricing: 0.25% of paid claim amounts

• Based on actual payments received
• Billed monthly
• Example: $10,000 in paid claims =$25 fee

Premium Plan

The Premium plan adds dedicated support:

• All Standard features
• Dedicated billing agent reviews your claims
• Claims optimization suggestions
• Proactive rejection management
• Unlimited team members
• Priority customer support

Pricing: 2% of paid claim amounts

• Includes active billing support
• Potential to recover more than the fee through optimization

How Billing Works

​

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your new plan
4. Enter payment information (if upgrading to paid)
5. Confirm the change

Changes take effect immediately.

Downgrading

To downgrade:

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select the lower tier
4. Confirm

New users receive a free trial of Standard features:

• Full access to all Standard features
• No credit card required to start
• Convert to paid plan anytime
