Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:
  • A valid GO Secure account for EDT access
  • Your OHIP billing number
  • IntelAGENT designated as your agent (see Designation Guide)

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit app.intelagent.ca/register
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Select your billing plan (Free trial available)
  4. Complete your profile information

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

After logging in, configure your billing profile:
  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Enter your physician information (name, billing number)
  3. Add your facilities/locations
  4. Configure your MOH group and specialty

Step 3: Submit Your First Claim

Using the Web App

  1. Click New Claim from the dashboard
  2. Enter patient information (OHIP health card number)
  3. Select the service date and facility
  4. Add billing codes and diagnostic codes
  5. Review the calculated fees
  6. Click Submit

Using the Mobile App

  1. Open the app and tap the Claims tab
  2. Enter or scan the patient’s health card
  3. Fill in the claim details
  4. Optionally attach documents using the camera
  5. Tap Submit

Step 4: Track Your Claims

View submitted claims in the Records section (mobile) or Claims page (web). Filter by status:
  • Draft - Saved but not submitted
  • Submitted - Sent to OHIP for processing
  • Partial - Partially paid
  • Rejected - Requires attention
