Overview

Team Access allows you to invite team members to help manage your billing while controlling what they can see and do.

Accessing Team Settings

Navigate to Settings > Team Access.

User Roles

IntelAGENT supports role-based access control:
RolePermissions
OwnerFull access to all features and settings
AdminManage claims, patients, and reports; cannot manage billing or team
BillingCreate and submit claims; view reports
ViewerRead-only access to claims and reports

Inviting Team Members

Open Team Access

Go to Settings > Team Access

Click Invite

Click Invite Team Member

Enter Details

  • Email address
  • Role
  • Facility access (optional)

Send Invitation

Click Send. The invitee receives an email with instructions.

Managing Invitations

View pending invitations and:
  • Resend invitation email
  • Cancel invitation
  • Modify role before acceptance

Facility-Based Access

Restrict team members to specific facilities:
  1. When inviting or editing a user
  2. Under Facility Access, select specific facilities
  3. User can only see claims and patients for those facilities
Leave facility access blank to grant access to all facilities.

Modifying Team Members

To change a team member’s access:
  1. Find them in the team list
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update role or facility access
  4. Save changes

Removing Team Members

  1. Find the team member
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal
Removed users immediately lose access. Any work in progress may be lost.

Activity Logging

Track team activity:
  • See who created or modified claims
  • View login history
  • Audit trail for compliance

Best Practices

  • Principle of least privilege - Grant only the access needed
  • Regular reviews - Periodically audit team access
  • Facility restrictions - Use for multi-location practices
  • Remove promptly - Revoke access when team members leave
