The Dashboard is your central hub for understanding your billing performance at a glance. It displays key metrics, revenue trends, and recent activity.

Revenue Metrics

The dashboard displays revenue summaries across multiple time periods:

Daily

Revenue from the last 24 hours

Monthly

Current month’s total revenue

Yearly

Year-to-date revenue totals

Revenue Chart

Visual representation of your revenue over time, showing:
  • Daily/weekly/monthly trends
  • Comparison with previous periods
  • Projected revenue based on current patterns

Claim Status Distribution

See the breakdown of your claims by status:
  • Submitted - Awaiting processing
  • Partial - Partially paid
  • Successful - Fully paid
  • Rejected - Requires attention

Latest Remittance Advice

The dashboard shows your most recent remittance advice from the Ministry, including:
  • Payment date
  • Total amount received
  • Number of claims processed
Click on the remittance advice to view full details.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:
  • Create a new claim
  • View recent claims
  • Access reports
  • Check claim status

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to app.intelagent.ca
  2. The dashboard loads automatically for paid plan users
  3. Free plan users are directed to Settings first
Revenue data refreshes periodically. Use the refresh button to get the latest numbers.
