How do I know if my claim has been accepted?
Once your claim has been received by our service it will be moved into Pending status. At the end of the month, if the claim has been accepted by the hospital, the claim will be in Paid status. You will receive payment directly from IntelAGENT to the bank account you have set up with William Osler when you set up your account.

Go to the Settings tab and press Refresh Cache. This will update your local data with the latest diagnostic codes and referring physician list.

If you can’t find a particular billing code, let us know through either the in-app messenger or by email at agent@intelagent.ca and we can add it for you.

The billing code fee schedule was updated on April 1, 2026. We are using the fees provided to us by the Ministry of Health and incorporate updates according to the Physician Services Agreement.
