Traditional login with your credentials:- Go to app.intelagent.ca/login
- Enter your email
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
Magic Link
Passwordless login via email:- Click Sign in with Magic Link
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Magic Link
- Check your email
- Click the link to sign in instantly

- Click Forgot Password? on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and enter a new password
Reset Link Not Received?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Try again after a few minutes
- Contact support if issues persist
Account Security
Password Best Practices
- Use a unique password for IntelAGENT
- Minimum 8 characters with mixed case and numbers
- Don’t share your password
- Change password periodically
Session Management
- Sessions expire after extended inactivity
- Logging out ends your session
- Use Log Out when on shared devices

Click your profile icon > Log OutMobile App
Go to Settings > Log OutMultiple Devices
You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously:- Web browser
- Mobile app (iOS)
- Mobile app (Android)
Troubleshooting
”Invalid credentials”
- Verify email spelling
- Check caps lock
- Try password reset
”Account not found”
- Ensure you’ve registered
- Check email address
- Contact support
”Magic link expired”
- Links expire after 15 minutes
- Request a new link
- Check email promptly
Locked out
If you’re locked out after multiple failed attempts:- Wait 15 minutes before trying again
- Use magic link login
- Contact support for assistance
