Login Methods

IntelAGENT supports multiple ways to sign in:

Email & Password

Traditional login with your credentials:
  1. Go to app.intelagent.ca/login
  2. Enter your email
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In
Passwordless login via email:
  1. Click Sign in with Magic Link
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send Magic Link
  4. Check your email
  5. Click the link to sign in instantly
Magic links are valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once.

Creating an Account

Enter Email

Provide your email address

Create Password

Choose a secure password

Select Plan

Choose Free, Standard, or Premium

Complete Profile

Enter your billing information

Verify Email

Click the verification link sent to your email

Password Recovery

Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send Reset Link
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Click the link and enter a new password
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Try again after a few minutes
  • Contact support if issues persist

Account Security

Password Best Practices

  • Use a unique password for IntelAGENT
  • Minimum 8 characters with mixed case and numbers
  • Don’t share your password
  • Change password periodically

Session Management

  • Sessions expire after extended inactivity
  • Logging out ends your session
  • Use Log Out when on shared devices

Web App

Click your profile icon > Log Out

Mobile App

Go to Settings > Log Out

Multiple Devices

You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously:
  • Web browser
  • Mobile app (iOS)
  • Mobile app (Android)
Each device maintains its own session.

Troubleshooting

”Invalid credentials”

  • Verify email spelling
  • Check caps lock
  • Try password reset

”Account not found”

  • Ensure you’ve registered
  • Check email address
  • Contact support
  • Links expire after 15 minutes
  • Request a new link
  • Check email promptly

Locked out

If you’re locked out after multiple failed attempts:
  • Wait 15 minutes before trying again
  • Use magic link login
  • Contact support for assistance
