Installation Steps

iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Search for “IntelAGENT”
  3. Tap Get to download
  4. Wait for installation to complete
  5. Open the app from your home screen

Android

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Search for “IntelAGENT”
  3. Tap Install
  4. Accept permissions when prompted
  5. Open the app once installed

First Launch

When you first open the app:

Login or Sign Up

Enter your existing IntelAGENT credentials, or create a new account

Grant Permissions

Allow camera access for document scanning (required for full functionality)

Complete Profile

Verify your billing information and facility settings

Start Billing

Navigate to the Claims tab to submit your first claim

Login Options

Email & Password

Enter your registered email and password.

Magic Link

  1. Tap Sign in with Magic Link
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check your inbox for the login link
  4. Tap the link to sign in instantly
Magic links are great for quick, secure login without remembering passwords.

Troubleshooting Installation

App won’t download

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure sufficient storage space
  • Try restarting the App Store / Play Store

App crashes on launch

  • Ensure your OS is updated
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Contact support if issues persist

Camera not working

  • Check app permissions in device settings
  • Restart the app
  • Ensure no other app is using the camera
