The Charges report shows invoices for IntelAGENT services based on your subscription plan and usage.
Accessing Charges
Navigate to Reports > Charges in the sidebar.
Understanding Charges
IntelAGENT charges are based on your plan:
Standard Plan
- 0.25% of paid claim amounts
- Charged monthly based on remittance advices received
Premium Plan
- 2% of paid claim amounts
- Includes dedicated billing agent support
- Claims optimization service
Free Plan
- No charges
- Limited features
Invoice Details
Each invoice shows:
- Invoice number
- Billing period
- Claims processed
- Total paid amount (from Ministry)
- IntelAGENT fee
- Payment status
Payment History
View your payment history including:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment method used
- Receipt download
Managing Payment Methods
To update your payment method:
- Go to Settings
- Click Payment Information
- Add or update your credit card
- Save changes
